Food hygiene in the workplace

RSPH Food Safety - Duration 6 hours

A practical Anubis course that explains just how delicate we really are and why food poisoning is so serious in young children. Following this, the description of safe food handling techniques make more sense and time is allocated to looking at food safety hazard analysis plans. (HACCP)

Staff will ask students to risk assess their everyday food handling in group discussions. There is a short test at the end which is verified by the RSPH.
